We report a single case from our institutional series who developed early subglottic stenosis subsequent traceomalacia preventing permanent tracheostomy removal despite three decannulation attempts. consider the known risk factors following endotracheal intubation tracheostomy, combination with potential impact pathological features. Clinical indicators presentation explored relation identification tracheomalacia patient Tracheostomy, mechanisms underlying these presenting features proposed.
